AGENDA & TIMINGS
A full personalised agenda will be sent out closer to the event. However we will be welcoming attendees to register from 9am on Monday 31st March for a 9.55am start. The convention will finish around 5.30pm which will be followed by check in, networking drinks and the special Leaders’ Evening dinner. This will finish at around 8.30/45pm. Day 2 will finish with a final networking and coffee for the road session at 3.30-3.45pm to allow attendees a fully packed day 2 but still able to return home at a reasonable hour.

By Road
De Vere Cotswold Water Park is situated off the A41, 3 Miles from Cirencester and only 15-20 minutes from Junction 15 of the M4 and Junction 11a of the M5Postcode: GL7 5FP
Parking
There is ample free parking available at the hotel.

By Train
Swindon (15 min taxi to venue), is well connected from Paddinton and on GWR trains & SWR Trains. Kemble (10 Minute taxi to venue) is well connected from Cheltenham Spa station.
The train from Paddington to Swindon takes approximately 50 minutes. Taxi from Swindon to the venue takes approximately 15 minutes.From the West, Swindon is equally well located for example from Bristol Temple Meads to Swindon takes approximately 40 minutes. From the North trains are most likely to go via Birmingham. The train from Birmingham New Street to Swindon approximately takes approximately 1hr 45 Minutes.
By Air
Taxi or hire car from Bristol airport will take approximately 1hr15.Heathrow Airport to the venue will take approximately 1hr20.Birmingham Airport to the venue will take approximately 1hr20. (All times dependent on traffic and times of day)
All Airports are linked via rail to Swindon station (or Kemble may be preferable from Birmingham). From Bristol Airport, you need to take the Bristol flyer bus service (approx 20 mins) to Bristol Temple Meads Rail Station.
STAY THE NIGHT BEFORE
Your room has been booked for the night of 31 March in our block booking. If you would like to stay at the same hotel on the night before the convention (30th March), we have secured a fixed rate of £109 for FRC Leaders Convention guests, including breakfast. To secure this, please call the hotel reservation team on 01285 864000 and explain you’re part of the Mundial Connections event booking on 31 March/1st April and that your room is already booked for 31st March. Please ask them if they can provide a follow on room from 30th.

DIETARIES
If you have not yet sent any special allergy/dietary requirements, please do so now. We need to receive these by 14th March to tomasbarrie@mundialconnections.com to ensure that the venue can accommodate them.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
You will be able to leave bags, coats etc with the team on arrival at registration (although if driving please leave bags in the car until room check in on day 1).
Following the end of day 1 content, rooms will be available to check in to. You will need to check out after breakfast and before the convention starts on day 2. Bags can be stored by the venue until you depart.
