REGISTRATION
Registration will take place close to the Ballsaal Room entrance from 9-9.50am.
BAG DROP
You can put luggage in the Hamburg Room (Near the Ballsaaal main stage room) during the day. Same on day 2 after check out,(reception desk has limited space for baggage pre check-in).
STAGE TALKS
All welcomes, keynotes, panels and the Topic Cruncher Sessions will take place in the Ballsaal Room
PRIVATE ROUND TABLES
All take place in Berlin Room - opposite the Ballsaal (main stage room), the Topic Cruncher open round table discussion groups will remain in the Ballsaal Room
SANCTIONS WORKSHOP
Will take place in the Capetown Meeting Room
AGENDA
You will have a personalised agenda, PLEASE follow this agenda and ensure you are in the correct place at the correct time, our helpdesk and team will be available to direct you at all points during the day
LUNCH DAY 1 19th Feb
Lunch will take place in the Motions Restaurant on the same floor as the Ballsall (main stage room).
NETWORKING DRINKS
Will take place from 5.20 in the Tapas Lounge outside the Ballsaal Room
NO LUNCH DAY 2
The venue have been extremely accommodating at very short notice but unfortunately we are unable to host a lunch on day 2, the day will complete at 1pm
DINNER 19th Feb
The Leaders’ Dinner hosted by Christian Hunt, will take place in The Ballsaal Room, the same place that the talks have been during the day
CHECK IN
Will be available from 5.20pm - you will need to go to the reception desk downstairs in the hotel lobby to check into your room, to avoid congestion at reception for key collection, please don’t all go at once, enjoy a drink on us in the Tapas Lounge
TRAVEL
DRIVING / PARKING
Using Navigation Systems:
Input Konrad-Adenauer-Straße 7, 60313 or search for “The Westin Grand Frankfurt" directly into GPS/Google Maps for precise directions.
We have been advised that the hotel has limited underground parking at (€37 a day) but around 2 mins walk away is a very large and much cheaper carpark called Parkhaus Konrad-Adenauer-Straße, Konrad-Adenauer-Straße 15, 60313 Frankfurt am Main (parking charges are the responsibility of the attendees) .
AIRPORT
Frankfurt International Airport (FRA) is the closest major airport just 12 kilometers from the venue • Approx. 20–25 minutes by taxi to the hotel.
TRAIN
The main rail hub Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof offers excellent connections across Germany and Europe. • Approx. 8-10 minutes to the hotel.
TAXI/RIDE SHARE
Taxis and ride-shares (Uber/Bolt) are readily available from airport and station.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The hotel is very well connected by public transport. From Frankfurt Central Station, you can take the U-Bahn (lines U4 or U5) or any S-Bahn line towards Frankfurt East and leave at Konstablerwache station. Alternatively, tram lines 11 or 12 stop at Börneplatz or Konstablerwache, both within a short walking distance of the hotel. From these stops, it is a 2–5 minute walk to the hotel
